The Febert & Associates Advantage
The F&A Advantage is based on several key principles.
First, we are fully committed to building long-term relationships with our clients. We are interested in working with our clients for decades, and we have every intention of working with multiple generations. Our family office services are designed to insure successful wealth transitions and overcome the obstacles behind the traditional saying of “Shirtsleeves to Shirtsleeves in Three Generations¹”. Our engagements require a significant amount of time upfront in order to understand a client’s financial affairs and insure a smooth transition. We do not charge a fee for any time spent during this process since we view this time spent by our team as an investment in building a long-term relationship with our clients.
Second, we offer a level of service unmatched in the industry. Our professional team is extremely competent and committed to delivering a level of service that exceeds our clients’ expectations. By structuring our compensation as a monthly fee instead of an hourly fee, we encourage as much communication with our clients as possible without the need for our clients to watch the clock. This maximizes our knowledge and understanding of our clients which enables us to consider every planning opportunity and exhaust every resource to insure that our clients’ goals are attained.
Third, we only offer family office services. Most of our competitors offer family office services as an enticement to acquire additional investment assets to manage. As such, the family office services often take a backseat to the primary focus of managing assets. We do not manage investment assets. Family office services is our only business, and our entire focus is based on the fulfillment of a client’s family office goals and objectives.
Fourth, we are completely objective in our advice and services that we offer. We receive no hidden fees, and we are totally transparent in the compensation that we are paid. We receive no commissions from life insurance or investment products. The only compensation that we receive is from our monthly fee for family office services so our clients can have confidence that the advice that we’re providing is unbiased and completely objective.
